YOUR HANDS MUST STAY ON HOME ROW. Only move your finger that needs to reach a specific key. YOU SHOULD NOT BE LOOKING AT YOUR HANDS OR THE KEYS at all after you have completed the lesson 1 time. You must repeat the level 2-3 times WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR HANDS OR THE KEYBOARD KEYS BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT LESSON. (Do not cheat yourself of learning to keyboard the correct way. It is much harder to unlearn bad keyboarding habits, and so do the lessons correctly helping your brain to learn the muscle memory needed to hit the right keys).
Second-Grade Keyboarding Practice:
You must have completed all Level 1 Lessons at least 2 or 3 times without looking at your hands or at the keyboard to move on to Level 1 Tests or Level 2 Lessons. Remember that your hands should always be on home row, and you only move the finger needed to type a certain key. If you do not memorize the keys and finger movements for each level AND USE THE CORRECT FINGERS for each key--you will be not be learning how to keyboard correctly, and your speed and accuracy will suffer. TYPING TESTS HAVE ADS AND POP-UP ADS.
