Welcome to Bayfield Primary School.  Please download the registration packet (we can print it for you too!) and bring the following additional documents:

• A copy of your child's birth certificate
• A copy of your child's most current immunization record
  • (If your child is exempt, we have a form for you to sign.)
• Proof of Residency
